Once again there was a big school shooting, this time at Stoneman Douglas Highschool in Parkland, Florida killing 17 students. And once again, the same old false argument surfaces, ‘ban guns for all Americans.’
Recently a number of people were killed in NYC by a terrorist driving a car into the people on a pedestrian and bike path. Should we now ban cars?
What is the reason that people decide to kill many innocent people? It certainly is not ‘normal’ behavior. I wouldn’t and probably not any of the people reading this. Why is so much time spent on trying to limit gun use, and so little to get at the real cause? Whenever there is something illogical, we watch the money flow.
When there has been a shooting like this over the past 30 years, we have written that it was probably due to the shooter being on a prescription drug for depression. We know this from someone who had been on the drugs, did a shooting of his best friends, but missed, and could not remember any part of that the following day.
He was on an anti-depressant. If you listen to the ads on TV, you will hear that they may lead to violent behavior, suicide, among other severe side effects.
He spent one year researching mass shootings and found that over 90% had been on anti-depression drugs. The jury was convinced by the evidence and he was found ‘not guilty.’
However, the media doesn’t report the drug angle. They might say briefly he was under medical care, but never mention what prescription drug he was using.
Why is that? Big Pharma and their PR firms go into action and convince top media people not divulge the drug factor “as it might result in banning the drug that so many people allegedly need.”
The website infowars.com wrote (regarding the Las Vegas shooting last year):
“Virtually every mass shooter was on psychiatric drugs, a compelling fact the mainstream media – which is funded by Big Pharma ad revenue – is ignoring while covering the Las Vegas shooting.”
“Then why won’t the mainstream media look into the possibility that Paddock was on SSRIs? Because the pharmaceutical giants who produce drugs like Zoloft, Prozac and Paxil spend over $2.4 billion dollars a year on direct-to-consumer television advertising.”
Over time it becomes known that they were on prescription drugs, but it gets no publicity. It seems that the Florida shooter was on one of these drugs. Here is what one story says:
Kumbatovich (a relative) also told the Miami Herald “she believed Nikolas Cruz was on medication to deal with his emotional fragility.”
If Cruz was in fact taking drugs for depression, his deadly outburst would follow an established pattern of mass shooters who were also on psychotropic medication.
Perhaps the most infamous medicated school shooters were Columbine gunmen Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold, who tested positive for the SSRI Luvox following the deadly massacre.
Charleston church shooter Dylan Roof was also found to be taking Suboxone, a drug linked to sudden outbursts of violence.
But don’t expect the mainstream media to address Big Pharma’s role in mass shootings.
A guest on Fox News’ Sean Hannity Wednesday was shut down after attempting to shed light on the question.
