Police Tase Shackled Man To Death

The man committed no crime and was taken to a hospital by police, but then the police decided not to take him inside, but took him back to the squad car. There they tased him 20 times with 50,000 volts. He put up no resistance. He died.

One must ask, how are applicants to police departments screened? I spoke to one new officer, and he was truly surprised how easy it was.

Shouldn’t each applicant undergo a psychiatric exam? Companies do it. Why not people who have the power over life and death?
